How does Life coaching work?
Life coaching is aimed at helping people meet goals in their personal or business lives by guiding them in the right direction figuring out who they are and what they want, what obstacles have been holding them back, learning what to do to overcome them, taking positive action, and maintain their gains over the long journey of their own .
What are the challenges in life that life coaching addresses?
Life Coaches can help their Client’s in many areas like building confidence , or finding the career that they love , get more clear on their goals , and stay accountable for those goals , be happy and do more of the activities that keeps them engaged, also form better relationships, and develop their purpose , and work on the things that they are passionate about .
What is your solution to young population on dealing with life?
The new population needs a refreshing frame work , where there is young people working together and leading each other , empowered to use their creativity and desires to be productive, to make a difference in their lives and in the lives of those around them.
What is the role of ‘communication skills’ where you have technology to support any communication challenges ( You have google talk, google translator and people live in the virtual world?)
The role of communication skills is very important specially now a days , we use all kinds of social media platforms to boost the energy of the community around , motivate and spread the word in a faster and much focused way , despite the challenges of the lack of the social interaction which is essential but the new creative ways of communicating virtually makes it easier and achievable .
What is Bahja initiative and which countries you operate from?
Bahja is an initiative that is located in Amman Jordan
Bahia means Joy and aims to spread awareness about the importance of including kids who have special needs in the community with their siblings and peers, to explore together the opportunities for better communication through fun and play and to create awareness and acceptance in different safe environments that respects their needs with no judgment for a better and fair community for all.
Bahja Intiative creates value through emphasizing the importance of equality and that no one should be left behind , inviting the right people to be together in the right places to build the right concept of conclusion for a better community mobilization .
How is Jordan different from other geographies?
Jordan is blessed with a collection of wonders , natures and manmade like Petra and wadi rum and have different religious sites like the baptism and people comes from aroid the world for the lowest part on earth where they can relax and have some therapy time at the Dead Sea Area.
Jordan have a unique capacity in welcoming different cultures where all can blend naturally and nicely .
Your advice to young and middle aged people in terms of managing life
My advice would be :
Think different. Try and explore new ideas without bringing your old ideas along for the ride. , also Learn how to learn ( this is an important one ) and the most tricky .
Be curious about everything. This is where the good questions are needed and Don’t fear failure, Read and start every day by asking yourself why I’m doing what I do, the ( why ) is guidance and where the vision gets clear.
